Baton Rogue - Totem (2014)
Baton Rouge's new LP Totem is out! Totem is made of 9 new songs written between 2011 and 2013. It was recorded in Villeurbanne, France at Mikrokosm Studio by Benoit Bel and mastered by Harris Newman at Grey Market Mastering in Montreal Canada (Goodspeed You Black Emperor, A Silver Mount Zion etc.) . Baton Rouge plays killer style of music melting elements of 90s emo-rock, punk and indie rock into their sound. It seems, they really put much effort into this resulting in great material. Vinyl LP version come in a red / black artwork and CD version come in yellow / black and white artwork.They look absolutely amazing. Illustrations were made by Claire Duport. This LP is a gem. Enjoy!

After Calculator joined up with Count Your Lucky Stars, band's newest LP This Will Come To Pass has been re-pressed, so here is my chance to post this here. Calculator are a five-piece band from Fenton that formed in 2007 . They have been releasing some great stuff consistently and This Will Come To Pass is the band's best material up to date, in my opinion. Rumor has it band is currently hitting up the studio for a new 7" EP, to be released by CYLS. This LP is a gem. Enjoy!

This is it gals and guys. This record makes my days and nights. Trembling Hands from Sweden features members of Suis La Lune and Tjuvjakt. This 7 songs LP simply rocks, bringing influences from early 2000's sound. Last song, Monarchs brings so much resolution to the LP that you may have a hard time handling it. Enjoy!
