This is what works for me for the last two days. Although this one gets mixed reviews throughout the place, all I can say is fuck what people expect from music and give it a try. Totem Skin gives you the quiets and heart pounding intense moments meshed beautifully together. I am absolutely in love with this one. Good news is , there is an upcoming split between Totem Skin / Heart On My Sleeve (both from Sweden btw)  to be released 01 July 2014. Enjoy.

After Calculator joined up with Count Your Lucky Stars, band's  newest LP This Will Come To Pass has been re-pressed, so here is my chance to post this here. Calculator are a five-piece band from Fenton that formed in 2007 . This is it gals and guys. This record makes my days and nights. Trembling Hands from Sweden features members of Suis La Lune and Tjuvjakt. This 7 songs LP simply rocks, bringing influences from early 2000's sound.  Last song, Monarchs brings so much resolution to the LP that you may have a hard time handling it. Enjoy!

Zoo Books is a post hardcore, math rock band from Cinnaminson, New Jersey who are specifically influenced by bands such as Native and The Reptilian. Although they have been playing together for a while now, this demo is their first released material which by the way is recorded in their basement. They have great sound overall both mathy and emotionally intense. Highly recommended!
